Well this is a handy utility called SVCHost Viewer which gives a detailed display on what exactly all those SVCHost processes are doing

Create a cut down installation CD for XP & Vista

Using nlite you are able to create a customised install CD for Windows XP.
This allows you to remove programs that you don’t want, tweak settings, install patches, and then burn it all onto an installation CD.
